Stand on the white rectangle in front of the tent and give a gift. I had to gift 3 times.

It won't let me do anything he is standing next to the tent and when I go to the tent it has a countdown of the next time someone else is gonna come.. I built a house for him so I could recruit him and then I went back to him and it won't let me do anything 8 0 REPORT
