How do I move farms to another province? I tried to teleport and it told me to try another place.

Normal teleports only let you move within your province or temporarily visit another province during cross state events. To move permanently you need to either be at a low level (under 6) or use the province immigration event when it is active. Please check the guide for How to change Province for the details.
