Currently there is no official solution to this problem that has affected some players in the game, but here are our best suggestions:

1. Check for updates

   Check in the App Store or Play Store to see if there is an update to the game, sometimes making sure that you version of the game is the latest available will fix not only being stuck on Bank Heist but other errors that you may be encountering.

2. Check your device space

   Sometimes if your device has little storage space it can throw up errors in the game and make them get stuck or not function correctly. If this is the case for you, try making some more storage space available by deleting some things that you no long use or need. Then restart your device and game to see if that has resolved the problem.

3. Close other apps

   Check to see which other apps you are running at the same time. Apps running the background at the same time as Monopoly GO could be using up too many resources to tun the game properly. Swipe to close some apps that are open alongside your game to see if this helps.
