I've already got the car hood ornament, but had do the Lady Boulton event again in order to unlock..

I've already got the car hood ornament, but had do the Lady Boulton event again in order to unlock the Skatie and Casey event. I have the make up brushes and have 5 phoenixes rising from the ashes. Do I need to continue w/the make up brushes, or can I sell all of the makep brushes and all items merged/to merge of this event?

I have unlocked the Skatie and Casey event and am merging items to get the fixed sign.
