This is a hard item to get and can take some time to complete. You'll need the level 13 product from the items you get from the planted bush.

People say its from a level 4 bush, I HAVE A LEVEL 4 BUSH AND I'M NOT GETTING ANY ITEMS FROM IT!

Recent updated botched the stone statue can first it was lol 5 blossoming bush to get it, now blossoming bush just drops stupid Plat seeds. Irk me cause I was a couple days away from getting the can and now there is no info on how to get it

how do you even get a bush?

I found it has to be a level 7 bush, which took some doing in itself. You get blooming bushes from light yellow seeds which come from brown chests or store.
