You can't "bring" your previous camp's tech when you switch. When you're in a camp, the technologies the camp researched and activated will only be available as long as you're a camp member. If you switched camps, you'll only be able to use the tech of your new camp.

it depends on your mayor and your officials, but open camp tech = more tax, your mayor might want you to submit more material to camp vault. 0 0 REPORT
