In Alliance Help, what are the pros & cons of always helping all?

There are no downsides to helping alliance members, it does not cost anything. Helping All is just a short way for helping each one individually.
In general there is also no benefit to helping although it will be appreciated by your alliance.
There are occasionally events that reward helping alliance members.
