I have ONE special recruit ticket in my items list but it doesn't show in hero recruit page. How can I use it?

Is it a hero recruitment ticket or soldier recruitment? Check what it says to do when you tap on it in the items list. If its for a hero then make sure you check to the left side by swiping sideways in the Heroes Hall for all the options.
