I am in Eden. I want to buy a base in the same Eden map to use for flags. If this base is in both a different sector on the Eden map and in a different state than my main base. If I buy the base, then immigrate it to my home state, will I be able to join Eden and have the new base appear in the same sector of the Eden map as my main base?

No, because you cant migrate during Eden
