Love the game. Actually I’m addictted, but I feel like I need to spend money to complete hospitals

I love this game!!!! but it’s hard to pass I have been failing the same level for 30 or more try’s. the outfits are beautiful, the game is realistic, the quality is mint, and there’s so much awsome upgrades, cities and things to do it’s so exciting I want to tap the entire game!
