Snail skin revive where do you use it!? Pls answer!

Use it to reset a single skill to lvl 1.
Ex: mover lvl 10 to mover lvl 1.
You'll get all points back that were used to lvl up the mover to use on a more necessary skill.
Do this by clicking on the skill you want to reset then you'll see the option.
