If you didn't already know, AFK stands for Away From Keyboard. And in AFK Arena, you can accumulate rewards while you are not playing the game. New players usually get up to a maximum of 12 hours of AFK rewards, so basically after 12 hours of not playing the game, you'll reach the maximum AFK rewards and they won't grow any more until you collect them.
You can increase this time with some VIP levels.
The rewards you get usually include experience, essence, coins and items. When you log in to the game, just tap the chest on the main screen to get your AFK rewards.
